Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, client-centered clinical care for HIV, TB, STI, reproductive health, and mental health while ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation. Deliver HIV testing services, manage the care cascade, and conduct systematic TB screening with linkage to treatment. Serve as the site-level focal person, leading day-to-day activities, developing workplans, and monitoring performance against key indicators. Oversee budget utilization, procurement, and pharmaceutical stock management in alignment with organizational guidelines. Coordinate with NAP, NTP, and government counterparts to ensure service integration and participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications
- M.B.B.S degree
- minimum two years' experience in managing HIV /TB program
- valid license (SAMA) to practice
- appropriate professional competencies and qualifications
- strong clinical and leadership skills
- Must be a good team player
- Should be organized, systematic and dynamic
- must interact well with others
