Job Summary

Clinical Management and Service Delivery for HIV, TB, STI and reproductive health programs at the Lashio site. Responsibilities include providing client-centered clinical care, HIV testing services and ensuring the care cascade (testing, linkage to care, ART initiation, retention and viral load suppression), systematic TB screening and linkage to TB treatment, ART initiation eligibility assessment, PrEP services, and integrated STI, family planning, and cervical cancer screening in line with national guidelines. Deliver IPC-adherent care and provide psychosocial and clinical support for most at risk populations. Program management duties include serving as the site-level focal person, leading day-to-day activities, developing and implementing site workplans, monitoring progress against targets, identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions, and ensuring program alignment with national guidelines. Financial and administrative management covers budget utilization, procurement, stock management, pharmaceuticals, and compliance with finance, HR, and admin procedures; support to contracting for site operations and lab services with HQ. Monitoring, reporting, and accountability involve routine data, reporting systems, data quality, and using epidemiological data for strategy; participate in internal and external meetings and coordinate with stakeholders and government counterparts. Coordination and representation duties with relevant partners and the Senior Operations Officer; perform other duties as assigned. Must hold MBBS with valid license (SAMA) and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing HIV/TB programs; strong clinical and leadership skills required. English is an asset; must be organized, systematic and dynamic and able to interact well with others. Location: Lashio, Myanmar; remote option: in-person; contract employment.
