Job Summary
Provide front desk and patient coordination for LifeStance Health’s Ephrata, PA clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in/out, scheduling, handling telehealth access and patient portal issues, collecting co-pays and payments, verifying insurance eligibility, and assisting clinicians with administrative tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage phone queues, support billing and patient communication via phone, email, or portal, and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Requires strong multitasking and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and EMRs, and sensitivity to confidential information (HIPAA). Education: High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
