Job Summary
Practice Coordinator at LifeStance Health responsible for managing the front office daily activities at the Concord location, delivering high-quality patient experience for in-person and telehealth patients, coordinating patient intake/check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and supporting clinicians. Duties include preparing patient charts, processing paperwork, managing queues, assisting with telehealth access, guiding patients through billing questions, and maintaining a clean, efficient front desk environment. Requires strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork, with familiarity in healthcare operations and EMR systems. Education: HS or higher; 1+ year healthcare operations experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & EMRs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA)
