Job Summary
Works under the direction of a Physician and/or ARNP/PA-C in outpatient practice. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of patients in the clinic; coordinates care for patients; identifies patient needs across age-specific requirements; advocates for patient-centered care; participates in patient and family teaching; maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the outpatient setting; supports the mission and promotes a positive image of nursing; RN licensure in WA with CPR certification; BSN preferred; ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure in Washington state
- CPR certification
- BSN or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in an ambulatory medical clinic preferred
- Experience with specific clinic patients (e.g., oncology for oncology clinic, urology for urology clinic, OB-GYN for women’s clinic) preferred
