Job Summary

Oversee the review, retrieval, and verification of critical patient data within the EMR system to guarantee accuracy and completeness, while coordinating the acquisition of external medical records and diagnostic imaging. Monitor and manage incoming emails and requests from physicians and clinical staff, responding or routing them in a timely manner. Prepare patient files and records in advance of appointments and procedures, and support front desk and administrative functions across multiple ARO offices from a centralized location. Coordinate with internal and external entities to facilitate continuity of patient care, maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Perform data entry and documentation tasks with high accuracy, demonstrating strong organizational skills in prioritizing workload and managing competing deadlines. Requires a high school diploma, three years of medical office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a medical office environment
  • strong foundation in front desk operations and administrative support
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience entering and managing medical data within an EMR system
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience handling confidential information
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a professional administrative support role within a healthcare or medical office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher
