Medical Office Associate II, Per Diem - 8am-4pm, Orthopedic Surgery, Rockaway

Interview patients for case histories, schedule and coordinate appointments, and accurately update health records. Verify insurance coverage, assist the billing department with claim processing, and communicate test results to patients when directed. Ensure contact regarding appointments and answer billing questions, while assisting with rescheduling and other scheduling issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. This per diem role supports the Orthopedic Surgery practice in Rockaway, operating from 8am to 4pm.
