Job Summary
Schedule patients, maintain electronic patient files by uploading letters and results, and send out referral letters. Check in patients while complying with COVID protocols, answer and triage patient phone calls, and ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality. Prepare for simple tests as needed and use Accuro efficiently. This role requires an efficient, well-organized individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, including the ability to learn and adapt to the EMR, utilize medical terminology, and work well with patients and physicians.
