Job Summary
Greet and check in examinees professionally, answer phones, and direct calls appropriately. Prepare charts and paperwork for appointments while escorting examinees to exam rooms. Maintain a clean, organized lobby area and assist physicians and clinic staff as needed. Monitor workflows to ensure appointments stay on schedule and support the Clinic Director with administrative tasks. Participate in training and learning opportunities. This role offers variety and movement with a schedule provided six weeks in advance. Based in Glendale with travel to surrounding locations, the position includes paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid state Driver's License
- Must be able to perform day travel as required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have proficiency in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have great time management skills
- Must be able to work independently and stay focused in a busy work environment
- Must be available for occasional early mornings, later afternoons, and weekends
