Job Summary
Coordinate medical strategy plan development for a specific disease area, integrating insights, innovations, evidence, guidelines, and educational exchanges within the cross-functional core team. Bring clinical insights to disease area medical squad conversations and leverage external stakeholder-generated needs to develop China-specific strategies for products in development. Build a robust KOL network outside the company for strategic medical advocacy and review internal partner outputs for accuracy and patient centricity. Support Medical Affairs work by responding to unsolicited requests regarding unapproved products or off-label information. Identify opportunities for cross-functional cooperation to maximize resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience in the In vitro diagnostics industry
- 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing medical strategies for various diseases in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
- Clinical research and trial management experience
- The ability to interact with KOLs with sufficient knowledge, expertise and confidence
- Must maintain knowledge of applicable research and literature
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
- The ability to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events
