Job Summary
Manage medical warehousing tasks including requisition, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and building medical kits. Operate materials handling equipment and update DoD MMIS records while ensuring all assets in WRM assemblages are accounted for and inventoried. Assist in procurement, develop activation checklists, and monitor shelf-life extension programs. Package and ship temperature-sensitive materiel, verify incoming supplies, and resolve shipment discrepancies. Conduct monthly reviews of inventory records for accuracy and compliance. Monday-Friday day shift with 10% to 25% travel required. Forklift certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing field
- Familiarity with MMIS systems
- Ability to provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support
- Ability to pass client background screening for security clearance
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain an acceptable driving record
- Forklift certification
- Possess, or be able to obtain prior to start date, acceptable identification for federal facility access (such as a REAL ID-compliant driver's license/ID, U.S. passport, or other approved federal identification document)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with medical supplies and equipment
- Prior exposure to DMLSS or other DoD logistics systems
