Job Summary
Develop new referral sources and implement strategic business plans to increase the Agency's referral base in Beaver County and surrounding areas. Present features and benefits of home health services to physicians, social workers, case managers, and facility administrators while cultivating relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular business reviews, capture prospect and customer data into the CRM system, and assist in collecting necessary paperwork from physician offices. Drive the "Continuum of Care" message to discharge planners and coordinate with senior management on territory development and account management. Maintain knowledge of home healthcare regulations and industry trends to solve issues with referral sources and provide monthly plans of action. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of healthcare marketing experience, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
- A minimum of three [3] to five [5] years of healthcare marketing experience
- Must have a minimum of two [2] years of marketing/sales experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Reliable, independent means of transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must drive a vehicle with current, valid personal automobile insurance coverage

- Prior home healthcare and/or rehabilitation experience
