Job Summary
Drive the referral base in Beaver County by presenting Concordia Visiting Nurses' home health services to physicians, social workers, hospitals, and community stakeholders. Develop strategic business plans, acquire new relationships with key decision-makers, and utilize customer portals to achieve sales revenue goals. Conduct regular business reviews, capture prospect data, and maintain CRM records while driving the "Continuum of Care" message to administrators and discharge planners. Collaborate with senior management on territory development, coordinate with other care settings for continuity, and provide monthly plan-of-action updates to the Director. Maintain knowledge of home healthcare regulations and industry trends while resolving issues with referral sources. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three to five years of healthcare marketing experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
- A minimum of three [3] to five [5] years of healthcare marketing experience
- Must have a minimum of two [2] years of marketing/sales experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Reliable, independent means of transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must drive a vehicle with current, valid personal automobile insurance coverage
