Job Summary
Coordinate surgeries, imaging, therapy, and specialist care for assigned clients in non-wrongful death commercial vehicle and trucking cases. Maintain treatment plans, assist with scheduling and referrals, and monitor progression to ensure timely and appropriate medical treatment. Identify treatment gaps, recommend additional development, and build future damage model proposals to maximize case value. Serve as the primary liaison with medical providers, auditing bills and records while maintaining accurate documentation within Filevine. Conduct Life Impact interviews to document physical, emotional, and lifestyle limitations, and develop future damages proposals. Provide bi-weekly treatment updates, participate in case strategy discussions, and escalate issues requiring attorney involvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in medical case management, legal case management, or a related healthcare role
- Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management software
- Understanding of medical treatment, billing, and documentation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm
