Job Summary
Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft and argue motions, and take or defend depositions while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Represent healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and clinics, in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings across diverse medical specialties. The successful candidate must be admitted to practice in Texas with at least two to seven years of experience defending medical malpractice lawsuits. This role is hybrid based in the Dallas, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, an AmLaw 100 firm with over 200 attorneys in its healthcare practice.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in Texas
- At least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits
