Full-time role overseeing medical protocols, managing complex cases, and performing wellness, medical, surgical, and dental care. Mentors veterinarians and support staff, communicates clearly with clients, and helps shape a team-focused culture. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- license to practice veterinary medicine in NY or ability to obtain
- clinical leadership experience or demonstrated leadership in veterinary setting
- ability to mentor and develop staff
- strong communication with clients and team
- experience in wellness, medical, surgical, and dental care in companion animals
- ability to manage complex cases and oversee medical protocols
