Job Summary
Medical Lead Veterinarian role in Easton, PA focused on leading and mentoring a DVM team, setting clinical quality standards, and driving hospital performance. Responsible for coaching associate veterinarians, partnering with the Practice Manager on annual operating plans and financial performance (EBITDA goals), leading monthly doctor meetings, overseeing residency/externship programs, and promoting a culture of growth and recruitment. Requires DVM, valid state license, minimum 2 years of clinical experience, strong communication, and ability to balance clinical duties with leadership responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- DVM degree and valid state license in good standing

- Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook or similar
