Job Summary
Medical Laboratory Technician who will perform diagnostic tests on animal samples (blood, urine, fecal, and biopsy) using automated analyzers and microscopes, set up and run tests, and read/release results per SOPs. Role involves specialization within an assigned department, teamwork in a fast-paced IDEXX reference laboratory environment, and handling biohazards with attention to detail. On-site position based in Manhattan, NY with a schedule of Wed–Sun, 10:00 am–6:30 pm (weekends vary). A science-related degree is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is required.
