Job Summary
Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist – Hematology position performing accurate, precise, and timely patient test results with automation, computerization, and manual methods. Responsibilities include quality control and instrument maintenance; potential involvement in teaching/training; handling diverse specimens (blood, tissue, urine, spinal fluid, etc.); focus on safety and infection control; requires ASCP/AMT certification or equivalent and a four-year Bachelor’s degree; evening shift; strong emphasis on analytical data validity, troubleshooting, and mentorship of new lab staff.
Required Qualifications

- ASCP Certification or AMT Certification considered equivalent
- Experience in automated clinical laboratory
