Job Summary
Casual Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician provides professional laboratory services in a critical access hospital and outpatient setting, collecting and processing specimens, performing testing across hematology, coagulation, microbiology, chemistry, urinalysis and transfusion medicine, verifying assay/analyzer performance, documenting and communicating results, and performing maintenance of assays/analyzers.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a lab science or medical laboratory technology
- Laboratory certification such as ASCP or AMT
- Qualified to work in a high complex laboratory
- At least one year of experience
