Job Summary
Process specimens, perform tests, and report results while maintaining high accuracy and timeliness across patient sections from premature infants to adults. Ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory agency standards, including CLIA requirements for moderate to high complexity testing. Manage non-technical duties such as supply inventories, stocking, and maintaining equipment and work areas. Work variable 8-hour per-diem shifts within established policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License
- 1 year experience in clinical laboratory in area of responsibility
- 1 year must meet CLIA requirements for testing personnel, moderate to high complexity tests
