Job Summary
In the Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician role, perform routine and complex analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues to provide accurate data for diagnosis and treatment monitoring. Responsibilities include analyzing, reviewing, and reporting test results, implementing corrective actions as necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality control protocols. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and be able to operate general laboratory equipment. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an Associate's degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician is required, along with relevant national certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Associate's degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Current and active national certification from the ASCP or AMT
