Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or equivalent
- National certification in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Hematology (ASCP or equivalent) OR Eligibility for certification with ABHES/NAACLS/HHS-approved program
- Minimum of one year of clinical laboratory experience
- Ability to operate laboratory equipment and perform tests
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Physical and visual dexterity for lab work
- Knowledge of patient care across age groups
