Perform a variety of analytical procedures of moderate to high complexity in the clinical laboratory, including molecular diagnostics, flow cytometry, and bacterial identification. Independently execute calibration, quality control, and statistical calculations while operating and maintaining complex laboratory equipment. Order, access, and report test results for patient specimens, ensuring accurate interpretation of clinical significance and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate on developing and validating complex tests, reviewing policies, and managing supply inventory. Conduct specimen collection and transport as assigned, following strict infection control and safety protocols. This evening shift role (4p-12:30a with rotating weekends) supports Nemours Children's Health, a leading pediatric system serving over 300,000 children annually across multiple states.
