Medical Lab Technician, PRN, Shift varies

Perform medical laboratory procedures and protocols conforming to CAP, TJC, CLIA, and regulatory guidelines under the Medical Director's direction. Execute daily maintenance, verify quality control values before testing, and log reagents while maintaining a clean, disinfected work area. Collect specimens, identify patients, and enter results accurately into the LIS and HIS systems. Coordinate simultaneous test series to meet turnaround times, repeat questionable analyses, and troubleshoot abnormal findings or computer malfunctions. Adhere to infection control practices and participate in student training.
