Medical Lab Technician/MT - Night Shift - Full Time - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Performs laboratory procedures to obtain results for providers to utilize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Performs high, moderate, or waived laboratory testing using advanced clinical laboratory instrumentation according to SOPs, with independent judgment and minimal supervision. Confirms and reports results, monitors reasonableness and critical values, conducts/evaluates established quality control, troubleshoots instrument issues, performs required preventative maintenance, and records troubleshooting activities. Provides clinical orientation and/or training to new employees and students. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent Specialized Diploma meeting CLIA grandfathered MLT regulations and less than 1 year of experience (including clinical laboratory internship). Preferred qualifications include MLT ASCP and PA state certification on hire. Physical demands include lifting 40-50 lbs and substantial standing/walking.
