Medical Lab Technician - Highlands Lab - FT - 2nd Shift

Perform all required procedures for moderate and high complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens. Execute quality control procedures, instrument function checks, and preventative maintenance per department policies. Teach new employees laboratory policies and procedures. Maintain eligibility for registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Clinical Laboratory Technician with one to two years of experience preferred. This role supports the 170-bed Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, part of the Huntsville Hospital Health System, which serves the diverse community across North Alabama.
