Medical Lab Technician for Brockton Area!

Conduct chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation testing while performing quality control checks on every assay before reporting patient results. Call work lists, edit results, and enter data into the computer system, confirming abnormal findings and flagging rare or improbable cases to a supervisor. Process specimens, log requisitions, and review daily management reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Maintain adequate supply inventory, ensure compliance with state documentation requirements for lot numbers, and troubleshoot client, instrument, or computer issues as needed. Perform maintenance on automated analyzers and conduct differentials and urine sediments when required.
