Perform routine and complex clinical pathology testing and manage laboratory instrument services, accurately recording results to ensure timely delivery for patient diagnosis and treatment evaluation. Execute qualitative and quantitative analytical procedures including reagent preparation and quality control per established protocols while maintaining equipment and inventory. Apply clinical knowledge to achieve accurate test results across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic stages, utilizing data analysis tools to generate reports and identify trends. Provide constructive mentoring and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and safety compliance.
