Perform qualitative and quantitative analytical procedures, including reagent preparation and quality control, while maintaining equipment and analyzing data to support clinical decision-making. Apply clinical knowledge across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic stages to achieve quality patient care outcomes. Provide constructive mentoring to team members and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
