Job Summary
Nursing Assistant role at Saint Luke’s North Hospital in Kansas City (MO). Job responsibilities include patient care, supporting nursing staff, and helping improve throughput and patient experience. Open to Certified Nursing Assistants or those pursuing CNA certification; on-the-job training provided for those without current certification. Training will be full-time and occurs for those not certified or lacking applicable experience. Night shift; healthcare team environment; emphasis on compassionate, respectful care and contributing to a faith-based health system. 6 weeks of on-the-job training for non-certified or inexperienced candidates. Basic Life Support certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or eligible
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Less than 1 year applicable experience
- Full-time night shift
