Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-time Medical Insurance Collector to join East Memphis Central Business Office. Responsibilities include managing the accounts receivable cycle, researching denied claims, sending appeals, ensuring billing accuracy, following up on unpaid claims, data entry, verification of benefits, secondary insurance filings, sending monthly statements, and assisting the business office as needed. Must understand EOBs, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and have 2-4 years of third-party reimbursement experience. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Two to four years' experience with third party reimbursement, coding and collections
- Strong working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding/billing processes
- Ability to read and interpret English documents
- Effective communication skills
