Job Summary
Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients by receiving, tracking, and documenting medical inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints. Process safety and product quality information across therapeutic areas including respiratory, infectious diseases, HIV, and oncology during regular weekday business hours. Establish team communications by providing feedback on project metrics, challenges, and successes to local management while maintaining a collaborative environment with Lifecycle safety team members. Participate in ongoing training and working groups to implement new initiatives and identify process efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Greek (native/C2)
- Excellent written and verbal skills in German
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min.C1)
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across our Lifecycle Safety service lines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and effectively manage competing priorities
- Zero tolerance policy for candidate fraud (truthful and complete application)
