Medical Information Specialist - US Hours

Job Summary
Translate English documents and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone or written correspondence. Identify adverse events and product complaints during interactions, perform intake to generate initial reports in compliance with client SOPs and regulatory requirements, and utilize writing skills for adverse event narratives and custom medical responses. Coordinate processes for quality-related complaints with internal departments and critically evaluate medical literature to develop information for written dissemination. Manage miscellaneous projects including market research, system development, and field liaison support while maintaining customer service metrics. Work US hours in a 9-hour shift between 2pm and 2am CET, Mon-Fri, with occasional on-call responsibilities and up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
- Strong clinical background
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Fluency in English (mother tongue)
- Strong translation skills
- Level C1 or C2 proficiency in other European languages
- Legal eligibility to work in the European Union, or the UK or other Third Countries
- Ability to work US hours, specifically 9 hour shifts between 2pm and 2am CET Mon-Fri
- Ability to travel up to 10%
