Job Summary
Engage with healthcare professionals and customers to provide accurate clinical, therapeutic and safety information about drugs and medical devices; document Medical Information Requests, adverse events and product quality complaints; conduct literature searches and analyze off-label inquiries; communicate effectively by verbal and written means; ensure HIPAA privacy and confidentiality; may act as Product Liaison based on criteria and approvals, coordinating knowledge-sharing with client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Current US healthcare professional license: PharmD
- RN license (if applicable)
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is preferred
