Job Summary
Document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Ashfield, Client, and Federal guidelines. Conduct study compliance calls for volunteers enrolled in clinical trials, enroll participants in educational seminars, and provide patient support for Patient Support Programs. Collect demographic data and disposition information for product, sample, and literature fulfillment while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Converse with callers empathetically to facilitate understanding of medical terminology and perform administrative duties as needed. Safeguard patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA guidelines and submit resumes for audits. Requires current US RN license and strong communication skills. Base pay is $23.10/hr – $42.90/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Current US RN License
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting
- Results oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Ability to complete all interview activities without the use of artificial intelligence tools or external assistance unless such assistance is authorized in advance by Inizio Engage
