Medical Information Specialist - (French & English Speaking)

Job Summary
Translate English documents and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone or written correspondence. Triage adverse events and product complaints during interactions, perform intake to generate initial reports in compliance with client SOPs, and coordinate quality-related complaint processes with relevant departments. Utilize writing skills to create adverse event narratives and custom medical inquiry responses while critically evaluating literature for written dissemination. Manage on-call responsibilities as assigned and contribute to process improvement metrics for the call center.
Required Qualifications
- Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
- Strong clinical background
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- English C1 level
- Mother tongue fluency in French
- Strong translation skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
