Job Summary
Collect medical and scientific information regarding company products and respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Act as the local main point of contact for medical information by creating response documents, FAQs, and educational materials such as the "Proper Use Guide" and patient brochures for MBJ products. Manage external call centers and vendors for patient support programs while ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations to protect the company's reputation. Report adverse events and product complaints to ensure local patient safety and quality, conducting regular reviews of call center reports. Analyze medical information inquiries to prepare regular insight reports for internal stakeholders and collaborate with the global team to execute projects that maximize product value. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specific therapeutic areas by providing updates on the latest scientific information published in journals.
Required Qualifications
- Science/pharmacy degree
- Native level in Japanese
- Business level English skills and competency (written and verbal)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical-related roles, the healthcare industry, or clinical experience
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Project management abilities and flexibility towards diverse tasks
