Job Summary
Medical Information Contact Center Specialist in the Metro Atlanta area providing first-line support for EMC/EUB in the MICC, facilitating multi-way calls between physicians and healthcare professionals (and translator when needed), logging information into the approved database, handling inquiries from sales reps and healthcare professionals, triaging calls to Medical Information Specialists, responding to faxes/voicemails/emails, and executing miscellaneous Medical Information projects. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, English and local language proficiency, 2+ years in pharmacy technician or call center/customer service, strong verbal/written communication, and proficiency with MS Office/O365. Salary determined by experience. Location: Kennesaw, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ yrs. Pharmacy Technician preferred or call center/customer service background required
- Fluency in English and in local language in country of residence required
- Experienced and proven communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office platforms/O365 and Outlook, call center databases
