Job Summary
Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and product support. Receive, triage, review, and process lifecycle safety operational data by performing data entry, coding medical terminology, writing narratives, generating queries, and driving case closure. Document incoming safety data from investigative sites via telephone or email. Build a collaborative team environment by providing training and mentoring to less experienced members while liaising with the Project Manager to identify and propose solutions for operational issues. Maintain high-quality standards through quality control and reconciliation. This role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania, on a full-time home-based contract.
Required Qualifications
- Life Sciences Degree
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Lithuanian, English and other foreign language
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across our Lifecycle Safety service lines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and effectively manage competing priorities
