Job Summary
Consultant in the AI & Analytics team within Growth, focused on Medical Informatics and data architecture. Serves as a semantic bridge and analytical lead supporting multiple Government LOBs within Senior Markets with a distinct focus on Special Needs Plans (SNPs). Reports to the Sr Manager of Medical Informatics and acts as an AI & Analytics partner to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Medicare, Med Supp, Actuarial, and Finance to achieve Growth-related objectives. Functions as a two-in-a-box collaborator to align LOB Membership Retention & Growth goals, translates complex business problems into structured analytical approaches, designs smart analytical tools, and leverages internal data structures.
