Job Summary
Autonomously perform medical imaging examinations as per protocol for both elective and emergency referrals; Maintain personal CPD requirements; supervise intern and student MITs; contribute to training and research; work within a multidisciplinary imaging department to deliver high-quality paediatric imaging services; role involves applying specialist skills across modalities and advancing imaging standards in paediatric care. This is a full-time fixed-term position within the Medical Imaging Department at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, offering salary packaging and staff benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Applied Science/Diagnostic Radiography as outlined for eligibility for membership of ASMIRT
- Current membership of AHPRA
- Current Victorian DH radiation licence
