Job Summary
Lead the Medical Imaging department across CT, General Diagnostic, Mammography, MR, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology. Partner with technologists and leadership to enhance efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and bring fresh, creative thinking to patient care. Manage a diverse team of over 230,000 annual procedures while ensuring alignment with Joint Commission accreditation standards. This role requires a Board Certified or State of California licensed Radiologic/Imaging professional with at least five years of progressive experience, including three years at a supervisor level. The position offers a comprehensive relocation package, sign-on incentives, and time-and-a-half pay after eight hours plus night differential. Located in Fresno/Clovis, CA, you will support our flagship Level 1 Trauma Center and academic partnership with UCSF.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree of Science in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare or related filed
- 5 years of progressive Medical Imaging experience
- at least 3 years of experience at a supervisor or higher level
- Comprehensive expertise across all medical imaging modalities
- Board certified and/or State of California licensed in at least one Radiologic/Imaging clinical science
- Examples: CDPH-RHB CRT or ARRT in any imaging discipline, NMTCB (Nuclear), ARDMS (Ultrasound), ARMRIT (MRI), and ARIN (Nursing)
- Current BLS certification
