Job Summary
Medical Imaging Field Engineer II responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers medical imaging equipment at customer sites in the Hershey, PA area. Role includes managing service delivery with minimal supervision, providing operator training for optimal system performance, and handling asset management (company car, tools, inventory). Requires knowledge of electricity, power supplies, grounding, and experience with electronics and software in diagnostic instruments; must demonstrate strong customer relations and be able to work both independently and in a team. Shift is Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, in Hershey, PA; base pay range is $58,240–$80,080 with benefits and potential for commissions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with service/test equipment and tools
- 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs; physically capable of field service duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in network applications/tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM website)
