Job Summary
Medical Imaging Field Engineer II in the Hershey, PA area responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision. Role includes managing service delivery, training operators, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing assets and inventory. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with network applications/tools, and the ability to work within a team. Minimum 3+ years of relevant field experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record
