Job Summary
Medical Imaging Field Engineer I responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instrumentation at customer sites in Hershey, PA; duties include servicing imaging equipment, training operators, managing assets and administrative duties; requires knowledge of electronics, electrical, hydraulics and software; proficient with network applications and field service tools; 1+ years of relevant experience; valid driver's license; HS diploma with Associates preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
- Valid driver's license
- ability to drive independently day and night
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with tools and service test equipment
- General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding
