Medical Imaging Field Engineer - AX/XP - Richmond or Charlottesville, VA

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens AX/XP Medical Imaging instrumentation at customer sites in the Richmond or Charlottesville, VA area. Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Manage territory financial performance, inventory, and asset usage (company car, cell phone, computer, tools). Mentor other CSEs on competencies and responsibilities. Requires knowledge of medical imaging equipment service, testing, repairing, and maintaining capital equipment; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to read schematics and functional descriptions; and proficiency with network tools and service applications. Requires minimum high school diploma with technical Associate's degree or equivalent preferred, and 3+ years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites; physical ability to lift and perform field service tasks. The role is based in Richmond or Charlottesville, VA with standard Monday–Friday hours.
