Medical Imaging Field Engineer - AX/XP - Richmond or Charlottesville, VA

Medical Imaging Field Engineer II needed to service Siemens AX/XP equipment at customer sites in the Richmond or Charlottesville, VA area. Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of medical imaging instrumentation with minimal supervision; provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction. Role includes managing territory financial performance, inventory, tool/test equipment, and vendor credentialing requirements; may involve a company car, cell phone, and travel to client sites. Requires proficiency with testing and diagnostic tools, network applications (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS portal), and the ability to read schematics and system documentation. Mentoring for other CSEs, strong communication, and collaboration with customers and peers are emphasized. Expected to adhere to healthcare industry standards, safety, and credentialing processes; shift is typically M-F, 8-5, with field duties at customer locations.
