Job Summary

Service MR Imaging Equipment in the Detroit, MI area by installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites. Deliver timely repairs and adequate operator training to ensure optimal system performance. Manage financial performance within the territory through revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management while overseeing company assets including vehicles and tools. Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, performing necessary administrative duties accurately. This field-based, customer-facing role requires 3-5+ years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment and proficiency with service test equipment. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, possess a good driving record, and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation after training. Base pay ranges from $64,060 to $88,088 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ Years of field service experience
  • Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
  • Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive independently day and night
  • Good driving record
  • Must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside
  • Must not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges
  • Must not have other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law)
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs (floor to above waist/head)
  • Must be able to walk
  • Must be able to climb ladder/stepstool
  • Must be able to bend

  • Must be able to sit

  • Must pass Criminal background checks
  • Must pass Drug screens
  • Must have Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus)
  • Must pass Annual TB testing
  • Must complete Healthcare training

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
  • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers
  • Experience performing necessary administrative duties accurately
  • 3-5+ Years of field service experience is desired
