Job Summary
Field Engineer I for Medical Imaging servicing CT, PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine equipment in Louisville/Lexington KY. Role involves installing, servicing, maintaining and modifying Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites, delivering timely repairs and operator training, managing territory financial performance, and handling assets (vehicle, devices, parts). Requires knowledge of medical imaging service, ability to travel, on-call rotation after training, valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Shift: Mon-Fri 4:00PM-12:00AM; base pay $45,180-$62,128; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off. Minimum education: high school diploma or technical degree; 1-2+ years field service experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
- Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical work as described
- Experience servicing Medical Imaging Equipment (CT, PET CT, Nuclear Medicine)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
